Preparation for the installation of glass railing systems on the Dreams by Dukley project

In cooperation with the company VHM, we are participating in the Dreams by Dukley project in Montenegro. Our company is engaged in the installation of glass railing systems.

This is an exclusive residential and commercial complex located in the heart of the prestigious Porto Montenegro marina in Tivat. Developed by the renowned company Dukley, the project comprises a total of 43 luxury apartments and penthouses, designed according to the highest standards of modern architecture. The complex stands out with a unique architectural feature: two blocks connected by an infinity rooftop pool that stretches across the roof terrace, offering panoramic views of the Bay of Kotor.

The building façade combines natural travertine stone with aluminum profiles that are part of the elegant railing system. Our company, Metals Weld, has been engaged to install high-quality glass railing systems located on the apartment terraces, further enhancing the luxurious and modern appearance of the complex. The glass railings provide maximum safety while allowing unobstructed views of the surroundings and emphasizing the building’s minimalist design.

The current phase of the “Dreams by Dukley” project requires special attention to precise coordination among all contractors to achieve top-quality finishes and meet the high standards expected of this luxury complex. In this process, close collaboration with the surveyor, who is responsible for accurately marking elevation points on the building, plays a key role. For ventilated façades, such as those applied in this project, it is especially important to clearly and precisely mark the elevation points on the building according to the project plans. These points determine the position of the aluminum railing supports and their integration with the façade elements (columns, walls, parapets, aluminum frames).

Our company, Metals Weld, coordinates every step of the work closely with the surveyor, ensuring impeccable accuracy in the positioning of the railing systems. This is crucial not only for the stability and safety of the railings but also for the aesthetic harmony with the building’s façade. Additionally, we maintain close collaboration with the ventilated façade contractor to ensure that the work proceeds in a synchronized manner, without delays, and with maximum efficiency. It is especially important to adapt the railing supports in areas where the façade combines natural travertine stone and aluminum profiles, as every component must fit perfectly within the architectural concept and meet the technical requirements of the project.

The installation of the glass railings is scheduled for September, after the end of the tourist season in Porto Montenegro. This approach ensures uninterrupted work progress with minimal impact on the daily life and activities in the marina. The installation will be carried out in coordination with the company VHM, which is responsible for the façade works.
