Viva Residence
Residential-commercial complex in Zvezdara, Belgrade, with over 200 apartments covering 34,500 m².
Our company was engaged for the installation of railing systems, interior staircase railings for both sections, as well as for the installation of glass shower screens. The building is being constructed according to the conceptual design of the Belgrade-based practice Bureau Cube Partners, and the main contractor is the company Structura Concept.
Public Garage Banovina
Underground public garage in Novi Sad, extending over two underground levels with 167 parking spaces.
Our company was engaged for the design, production, and installation of expanded metal facade panels for the entrance and exit buildings of the garage. In addition, we installed glass on the facades of two pedestrian entrance and exit buildings as well as staircase railings inside the building.
Center of Excellence Kragujevac
Technology center covering 11,500 m².
Our company was engaged for the production and installation of railing systems on the ground-level approach with LED lighting, staircase railings, ramp railings, installation of partition panels, and a canopy for sorted waste.
Park Novi Residence
Residential-commercial complex in Novi Sad covering 56,000 m², with over 460 apartments.
On this project, we participated in the production and installation of Vista glass railing systems as well as brise soleils on the facades of all 6 sections. Additionally, we installed wall handrails in all sections and perforated metal facade panels around the ventilation units in the condominium yard.

For the IT company in Novi Sad, we installed glass partition walls in the office space covering 450 m².
Biro
For a coworking space in Novi Sad, we installed glass panels in the walls for a 600 m² area.
This combination of partition and glass walls increases the influx of natural light into the space.

For the administrative building of the company in Železnička Street in Novi Sad, we installed large-format glass walls.
In addition, pivot doors with access control measuring 4.5 m x 3.5 m were installed, contributing to the uniqueness of the space.
