Installation of fencing systems at the Viva Residence complex
The company Metals Weld is successfully carrying out the installation of glass fencing systems at the Viva Residence residential and commercial complex, which is being built at an attractive location in Zvezdara, Belgrade.
This modern complex includes high-standard residential units, commercial facilities, underground garages, and landscaped green areas, designed as a place that combines the comfort of urban living with functionality. The complex is surrounded by Milana Rakića, Batutova, and Preševska streets.
The company Metals Weld is responsible for the installation of external glass fencing systems, internal glass stair railings with handrails, windscreen glass barriers on the flat roof, as well as glass shower screens in the bathrooms.

⦁ External glass railings on apartment balconies and in common areas
⦁ Interior Glass Railings – Laminated glass is mounted onto supports that are anchored directly into the stair stringer using M10 anchors. Handrails are installed at a height of 1000 mm and secured with aesthetically pleasing and functional brackets, also fixed to the wall with M10 anchors. This design combines both functionality and aesthetics

⦁ Installation of glass shower screens in apartment bathrooms
