Glass railing systems Park Novi Residence
For the company Inobačka LLC, we carried out the installation of glass railing systems with Vista model metal brackets at the Park Novi Residence residential-commercial complex in Novi Sad.
The advantage of using such models lies in the usability of the terrace space in residential units due to the possibility of installing the brackets on the outside of the facade so that the terrace area is not reduced.
This complex covers 60,000 m², with over 460 apartments, where 2,400 linear meters of glass railing were installed, with 3,120 brackets. The construction of all 6 buildings was carried out in parallel, and our installation of brackets and glass lasted for 12 months.
In addition to the railing systems, we also installed brise soleils in this complex, which are an integral part of the facade and have both aesthetic and functional roles. The brise soleils on the terraces hide the external air conditioning units and also reduce the impact of sunlight during the summer months. The brise soleils and railing brackets are made of stainless steel in a PVD finish.
