Job description
This position combines technical knowledge with management skills, as it involves daily coordination of teams, supervision of construction works, communication with investors and architects, as well as responsibility for budget, deadlines, and quality. The candidate will be involved in projects located at attractive locations in Serbia and Europe, where a high degree of independence, precision, and the ability to recognize and solve challenges in daily work is expected. This is a key position for those who want to actively participate in shaping contemporary architectural solutions and contribute to the growth of a company specializing in the production and installation of decorative metal facade and railing systems.
Job duties and responsibilities
- Monitoring and controlling projects
- Representing the company at meetings with investors, supervisors, suppliers, and reporting to company management
- Preparing construction sites: clearing and preparing sites, removing hazards, and ensuring tools and equipment are in proper and safe condition
Creating dynamic plans, aligning with the situation on site, and financial tracking for each project
- Communication with supervisors and site managers
Preparing bids for the installation of facade and railing systems
Monitoring work on construction sites, recording deviations from the initially accepted offer, reporting changes to management
Preparing interim payment certificates and construction logs
Required knowledge, qualifications, and experience:
Graduated civil engineer – preferably in structural engineering, or mechanical engineer
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and related programs
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the same or similar roles
- Knowledge of the English language
- Category B driver’s license
