Installer
The candidate will assist in the fabrication and installation of metal/glass railings made from various metals including aluminum, stainless steel, and structural steel. This person will frequently travel (daily) to construction sites and homes for installation.
Overnight stays are possible depending on the project location. Work is required in the warehouse and workshop as well as on-site. This person must be capable of working independently and in a team format with minimal supervision. In addition, they need to be flexible, resourceful, and able to solve problems on the spot. Good communication skills are essential. We are looking for motivated individuals who have an eye for detail and are ready to exceed our clients’ expectations. They should also be willing to acquire new knowledge and skills.

Job description
We are looking for an experienced railing and glass installer to join our team. As a railing and glass installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining a wide range of railings that meet the standards in this field. Your attention to detail and expertise in working with various railing materials will contribute to the overall quality and safety of our installations.
Job duties and responsibilities
- Installation and maintenance of various railing systems, including handrails, protective railings, and stair railings, in accordance with project specifications and building regulations;
Taking measurements for railings and glass to meet specific project requirements;
- Fixing railing and glass elements using appropriate tools, fittings, and adhesives;
Collaboration with construction teams and contractors to ensure timely installation of railings and glass elements within the overall project;
Maintaining the warehouse and workspace to ensure tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained;
Adhering to safety protocols and regulations when working at heights, using power tools, and handling glass materials;
Required knowledge, qualifications, and experience:
- Proven experience as a railing installer or similar role
- Knowledge of various railing materials, such as different types of metals and glass
Ability to read technical drawings
Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including impact drivers, drills, and measuring equipment
- Good understanding of construction regulations and safety standards related to railing and glass installations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, effectively manage time, and meet project deadlines
Physical endurance and ability to work at heights
- Efficient communication skills, both verbal and written
Valid driver’s license
